This game took all day and I took lots of pictures, if only I was a better photographer hah.

Here are the armies... 2 were fully painted and amazing, the 3rd was half painted and off to a great start, and my Nids were regrettably all grey.

I purchased the Tyranid Hierophant Bio-Titan, or so I thought, and received 3 metal Captain Sicarius space marines; now my choice is to play the 'return and wait' dance which will put me out of dispute range because it has to go all the way to China!! ...or take the loss!

Apparently he has several Ebay seller accounts (unfortunately), and he does actually sell some (counterfeit) models but once he runs out he continues to collect money (and screw over buyers) - then just makes a new seller profile and starts over.

Hopefully someone can stop this guy.  Best of luck folks...

Come the Apocalypse! (coming soon...)

Here are some pre-game shots of the Apocalypse battlefield.  Sides, point levels, stratagems, formations etc have yet to be chosen; but I decided to start some planning ahead of time so we can actually finish the game.

At this point I'm guessing it will be Xenos versus Imperium as I don't think any Chaos armies will be present.  Few can grasp the enigmatic intentions of the Eldar, and while the Hive Mind has no concept of trust or fear, it does recognize opportunity. The story has yet to be written though...

Is it too much like Avatar to have a critical Tree objective in the middle of the battlefield?

I hope to have (better) pictures once the game begins! Several gaming days have already passed with little or no (decent) photos so I'm going to make an effort this time...
